Marriott's Royal Palms

The hotel is perfect for families — the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The location is excellent, close to theme parks and outlet malls. There's also a great pool at the hotel that the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Everything is walkable and easy to access. The front desk staff were attentive and always so helpful and kind. I liked that we had access to the main property at Marriot world center, although, you had so much serenity at the royal palms property. The rooms were well kept and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay.

The suite is large and clean. The kitchen is spacious and has everything I need for cooking. I LOVE the in-suite washer and dryer-nothing! Tennis courts and basketball courts are always available, and you can borrow sports goods directly from the front desk. All staff members are super friendly and responsive. one of the best resorts I’ve ever been at!
