The hotel is perfect for families — the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The location is excellent, close to theme parks and outlet malls. There's also a great pool at the hotel that the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

We always stay at a Marriott hotel, but this time we needed extra space so we chose a villa instead and it was very nice and quiet. The photos were just like it showed on the site. So many things to do and they had activities for the family and games to even take back to the rooms to play. We did not want to leave!

The resort was nice quiet. We stayed at the royal Palms. Pool is small, no restaurant or drink service, but you can take the shuttle and other hotels. They are more lively. But close way too early for my taste.

Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

The room was clean, with lots of space in the room to relax. Appliance looked new and updated. The grounds are well maintained and there was always parking available.

The Villa rooms are enormous, clean and nicely designed. Comfy beds and hot showers. Really close to Disney parks.
